About the Role
This opportunity is for a seasoned HR professional to support and lead core people operations within a healthcare setting. The position covers a broad mix of HR administration, recruitment, payroll, employee support, regulatory coordination, licensing, and HR systems management, with a strong focus on compliance with labor requirements and healthcare accreditation expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding through to ongoing employee lifecycle support.
- Administer payroll-related activities, attendance tracking, overtime handling, and day-to-day HR documentation.
- Manage government-facing HR tasks and ensure the organization meets required regulatory obligations.
- Support the licensing, renewal, and credentialing workflows for physicians and nurses.
- Keep HRIS information accurate and up to date, and prepare workforce reports and other HR data outputs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, performance management processes, and training coordination.
- Maintain compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and healthcare accreditation standards.
- Liaise with manpower agencies and other external vendors whenever coordination is needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of HR experience is expected, ideally gained in a healthcare environment.
- Applicants should have solid hands-on exposure to HR operations, hiring, payroll, and HR information systems.
- Familiarity with government portals, labor rules, and healthcare licensing procedures is important.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is needed.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential.
