The successful candidate will help plan and deliver initiatives that build students’ leadership skills, confidence, and readiness. The position suits someone who is motivated, enjoys working with young people, communicates well, and can operate both independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative and project management capability is important, and prior exposure to leadership or mentoring frameworks would be beneficial.

Singapore Polytechnic has also been recognised with the Plaque of Commendation (Gold) at the NTUC May Day Awards 2026, the Most Positive Workplace Collaboration Award at the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) Awards 2025, and was named among The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers for 2024, 2025, and 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and run leadership programmes and activities so that the intended outcomes are delivered.
  • Handle programme coordination, including logistics and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track, analyse, and report data to support ongoing improvements.
  • Oversee programme administration, budgets, and vendor-related matters where relevant.
  • Create content and support outreach efforts across digital channels.
  • Arrange and assist with staff training related to leadership and mentoring frameworks.
  • Provide mentoring and administrative support to students involved in CCA clubs.
  • Contribute to overseas programme or trip arrangements when needed.
  • Support departmental admin work, committee activities, and other assigned tasks.
  • Work with stakeholders on SP-wide events that help strengthen campus vibrancy.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal applicant is passionate about student development and youth leadership, and has either experience or a strong interest in related programmes. You should be highly organised, comfortable with administration and analysis, and able to communicate effectively with different groups. The role also requires a willingness to work outside normal office hours. Familiarity with leadership or mentoring frameworks will be considered an added advantage.
