Role Summary

The position involves supporting the development, rollout, and upkeep of the MOHH HRIS platform, integrating with external systems like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and Automated ID and Access systems. This platform serves as the definitive source of data for analytics and reporting.

The incumbent will assist the HRIS manager to identify opportunities for system enhancements and technological solutions to refine HR strategies, boost process efficiency, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for system-related issues, recommending timely solutions to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in implementing new HR systems or solutions, engaging in needs analysis, design, development, and vendor collaboration phases.
  • Drive user adoption of new platforms, including provision of training to HR personnel and administrators.
  • Manage system issue resolution, including integration challenges, collaborating with IT vendors for quick fixes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and vendors to address HRIS queries, issues, and enhancements promptly.
  • Handle requests for process improvements and system developments and manage approval workflows for vendor services procurement.
  • Document and synthesize process improvement requirements as well as new system/solution implementation details.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of existing and new HRIS business workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage and organize HRIS data, including mass data uploads to meet payroll scheduling.
  • Stay current with technological trends and proactively recommend improvements aligned with policy or process changes.
  • Assist stakeholders by designing and delivering tailored reports and dashboards via MOHH HRIS, collaborating with the Data Analytics team to automate dashboards.
  • Administer system user access and conduct periodic audits to enforce approved access guidelines based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Review PDPA policies, ensure controls and documentation align with PDPA and IT security policies, safeguarding data integrity.

Candidate Requirements

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, working under tight deadlines with excellent engagement skills across organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving work environments, handling ambiguity effectively.
  • Proven multitasking capabilities managing concurrent projects or change requests.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR system administration, project management, or a closely related field.
  • Preferred experience supporting end-users during HRIS project implementations, especially with SAP SuccessFactors, within large stakeholder organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and organizational processes.
