About the Role

Maynooth University's Human Resources Office is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) for the People Development Team. Reporting directly to the Head of People Development, this role plays a vital part in supporting and embedding key HR initiatives that align with the University's Strategic Plan. The main responsibilities include facilitating the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), deploying development programs connected to the Competency Framework, and coordinating career development activities using insights from the Training Needs Analysis and the Developmental Review Framework.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee administrative duties related to various learning and development services. This includes organizing and coordinating learning and development courses, maintaining strong collaborative relationships across teams, and supporting IT system implementations. The role requires excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

The appointment will be made in line with public sector pay regulations, with a salary range between €47,675 and €57,970 per annum (7 points scale).
