Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive for a 1-year contractual role, located at the Lifelong Learning Institute in Singapore. This position offers a salary range between $3000 and $3700 monthly, depending on candidate experience, alongside additional benefits such as an annual wage supplement and a performance bonus. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of certification assessments that measure candidate skills while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the test materials.
- Coordinate activities related to question bank development with vendors and subject matter experts, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and monitoring of deliverables.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for item writers and reviewers involved in assessments.
- Administer pilot assessment runs and collate feedback to enhance assessment content.
- Manage development of preparatory materials and track assessment appeals, ensuring proper routing and resolution.
- Oversee documentation and reviews related to assessment exemptions.
- Research and incorporate new assessment technologies and innovative AI-driven approaches to improve delivery and candidate experience.
- Assist in the development of varied certification products, including situational judgement tests and competency-based case studies.
- Extract, clean, and maintain assessment data sets supporting quality assurance and reporting.
- Conduct statistical and item analyses to evaluate validity, fairness, and performance of assessments.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate results and support data-driven improvements.
- Maintain confidential assessment records and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
- Contribute to regular reviews of assessment policies and support audit and quality assurance processes.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including vendors, SMEs, training providers, and internal teams to promote assessment initiatives and partnerships.
- Support benchmarking efforts and contribute to documentation required for certification and partnership evaluations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials related to assessment projects within the Assessment & Innovation function.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Assessment & Innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with psychometric or educational assessments, including design, development, and delivery of testing instruments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tasks such as VLOOKUP and COUNTIFS.
- Familiarity with statistical software like SPSS; knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis is advantageous.
- Prior project management experience is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling concepts.
- Additional qualifications in Human Resources are considered a plus.
