Role Overview

The Senior Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation is a pivotal individual contributor tasked with spearheading the execution of the company’s key global growth projects. Partnering across departments, this leader activates strategies for geographic growth, new channel development, direct-to-consumer expansion, social commerce, and more, working with teams from Commercial to Finance to ensure delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and delivery of SharkNinja’s top-priority growth programs with defined business metrics.
• Focus efforts on expanding into new regions, channels, and commercial models like direct-to-consumer and social commerce.
• Develop integrated execution plans outlining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Forge strategic partnerships throughout the organization to align resources and secure smooth execution.
• Navigate and mitigate risks or obstacles to maintain momentum and timely decisions.
• Lead initiatives from conception through implementation and scaling to ensure enduring business benefit.
• Design and apply change management approaches to promote stakeholder alignment, readiness, and adoption.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Report progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Maintain project plans, governance frameworks, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Prepare business cases to justify investments and monitor post-launch outcomes to pursue continuous improvement.
• Build scalable playbooks and standardized procedures to accelerate market, channel, and category launches.
• Analyze organizational gaps and recommend operational model enhancements to sustain growth beyond individual projects.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, or equivalent fields.
• Proven expertise managing complex cross-functional projects delivering tangible outcomes.
• Experience leading initiatives in market and channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth.
• Demonstrated leadership in AI-focused projects, including evaluation, implementation, and adoption that drives measurable value and operational improvements.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing within complex matrix organizations.
• Willingness and capacity to undertake moderate domestic and international business travel.
• Bachelor's degree required with MBA preferred.

The approximate annual salary range is $217,500 to $280,000 USD depending upon location, skills, and experience.
