This role focuses on transforming a mature ERP platform by modernizing architecture and embedding AI-driven workflows to serve thousands of complex enterprise client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the overarching product vision and drive AI integration to enhance operational value.
- Own the full product roadmap for WinTeam's core ERP modules, balancing technical upgrades and delivering customer benefits.
- Transition product execution from feature releases to outcome-focused business impact.
- Incorporate machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to convert operational data into actionable customer insights.
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering best practices in product discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market, and Executive teams to accelerate delivery and maximize market impact.
- Serve as a customer advocate through advisory boards, site visits, and strategic engagements to guide product direction and support sales.
- Manage product profitability, partnering with Finance on pricing strategies and building data-driven cases for feature investments.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years leading and scaling PM teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong background in mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software.
- Proven expertise in modernizing mature platforms while managing technical debt and guiding customer adoption without disrupting business operations.
- Knowledgeable in designing and launching AI-enabled, data-driven software solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and engage in strategic customer conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
