About WorkWave and the Role

WorkWave supports service professionals dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and attractive environments. They are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision and strategy for WinTeam, their key Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored for the commercial cleaning and security sectors. This role focuses on transforming and modernizing a mature ERP platform by integrating AI, data intelligence, and modern software workflows to serve thousands of enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision and AI-enabled transformation roadmap for WinTeam’s ERP core modules.
• Lead modernization efforts balancing technical architecture improvements with delivering immediate customer value;
• Shift team focus from merely producing features to achieving impactful business outcomes.
• Incorporate AI-first workflows, utilizing machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to convert operational data into meaningful customer benefits.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Owners, fostering rigorous discovery, clear requirements, sharp prioritization, and decisive action.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Executives to accelerate product delivery and market success.
• Engage deeply with customers through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery sessions; act as a product expert during strategic sales and industry events.
• Manage product profitability and partner with Finance on pricing and packaging strategies, building data-supported ROI cases for new features.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years' experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years leading and expanding PM teams specifically in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong background in mission-critical software platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or other high-volume operational systems.
• Successful history of modernizing established platforms, managing legacy technical debt, and guiding customer change with minimal disruption.
• Practical expertise in developing AI-powered, data-driven software functionalities.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with proven ability to influence stakeholders, handle strategic customer dialogues, and present to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
