About WorkWave and the Role
WorkWave supports service professionals dedicated to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and beauty across various industries. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead WinTeam, our principal ERP platform serving commercial cleaning and security sectors. This role is transformational, aimed at modernizing a critical ERP solution by integrating AI, data intelligence, and contemporary SaaS workflows to empower numerous large-scale enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and steer the complete product vision and roadmap for WinTeam’s core ERP modules.
- Lead technical modernization efforts balancing architectural enhancements with immediate customer benefits, shifting focus from features to tangible business outcomes.
- Embed AI-driven workflows including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to leverage operational data for customer advantage.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Owners, promoting rigorous discovery methods, precise requirement articulation, strategic prioritization, and proactive execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Executive teams to accelerate delivery and maximize market impact.
- Engage deeply with customers through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery sessions to represent product value in strategic sales and industry forums.
- Manage product profitability, collaborate with Finance on pricing and packaging, and build data-based ROI cases for new developments.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading and scaling PM teams within B2B SaaS enterprises.
- Strong background in mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operational software.
- Proven expertise in transforming mature platforms, handling technical debt, and managing customer transitions without disrupting business.
- Practical experience designing and deploying AI-powered, data-centric software features.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and lead strategic discussions with customers and executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
