Job Overview

As Senior Director of Product Management, you will work closely with your direct manager to steer the platform towards achieving its strategic goals. You will leverage platform data to make informed investments in both clients and customers, manage Takamol's product portfolio to ensure optimal performance, market relevance, and alignment with the company’s strategic aims.

Key Responsibilities

• Take swift corrective action if products fail to meet initial KPIs, minimizing deviations and enhancing effectiveness.
• Oversee product quality control analyses to guarantee data accuracy and compliance with Takamol's standards.
• Identify necessary training and development opportunities to enhance your team's proficiency in top-tier product management practices.
• Collaborate with your direct manager to fulfill the strategic objectives of the product portfolio.
• Utilize data insights from the platform to guide investments focused on customer and client growth.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (MA or MBA) in Business Administration, MIS, IT, or related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
• Advanced expertise in marketing strategies.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing budgeting processes.
