Regional Product Lead, Diversification, PSA

About the Role

This position is part of the Product and Services Activation (PSA) team at Google, focused on shaping commercialization strategies for Google's advertising products. The role emphasizes expanding the customer base by launching innovative products, enabling sales teams with effective resources, and channeling valuable user feedback to the product development group.

As a member of the Diversification team within the EMEA Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Product and Sales Activation unit, you'll develop and scale solutions tailored for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). Supporting a vast network of GCS employees, leaders, and advertisers across EMEA, you'll influence business growth for SMBs, key drivers in local economies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement go-to-market activation initiatives focused on diversification to foster customer expansion.
• Serve as an advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products, evaluating their competitive position in the social media advertising landscape.
• Train and educate GCS sales teams at scale via workshops and collaborate closely with sales leadership.
• Work bilingually in English and French to manage client relationships effectively in the region.
• Collaborate across functions and regions—including global PSA, Revenue Strategy and Operations, Marketing, Finance, and gTech—to identify and capitalize on new product adoption opportunities.
• Pinpoint barriers within seller workflows and liaise with partner groups globally to resolve issues, enabling sales teams to engage more successfully with clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
• A minimum of four years in product management, marketing, management consulting, or technology project management.
• Proven experience in developing business strategies or handling cross-functional projects.
• Strong track record working alongside product management, engineering teams, senior leadership, and diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and French to support regional client engagements.

• Experience collaborating with clients on technical solutions, such as product demonstrations, project implementations, consulting, or technical sales.
• Proficiency in managing multifaceted projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Adept at crafting persuasive narratives and preparing professional presentation materials.
• Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a history of leading complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for both practical and executive audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management competencies.

Compensation for this role in Ireland ranges from €94,000 to €96,000 annually, supplemented by a 15% bonus target, equity, and other benefits.
