Position Overview

The Senior Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end operational functions across the firm remotely. The position ensures operations are efficient, precise, and comply with regulatory requirements. This leader designs and enhances operational workflows, coordinates cross-departmental activities, and establishes metrics and reporting frameworks to drive business results. The role also involves mentoring operations staff, aligning resources with strategic goals, and collaborating with senior executives on business planning and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
