Vice President of Transformation

Role Overview

The Vice President of Transformation is a part-time position working remotely, entrusted with directing strategic change initiatives within BOTANAS ANSFER SA DE CV. This role is accountable for designing and implementing transformation programs aimed at optimizing operations, refining procedures, and boosting overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business methodologies and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of process enhancements, operations management, and project oversight, particularly in manufacturing, food production, or closely related sectors.
• Skilled in managing diverse, cross-functional groups and achieving consensus within matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with proficiency in data interpretation and metric establishment.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at influencing stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and supporting systematic change initiatives.
• Experience functioning effectively in a remote work environment, coordinating with teams across different regions and time zones, alongside exceptional self-management and organizational skills.
• Advanced academic background in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred, with relevant experience as an acceptable substitute.
• Experience in the food production, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is advantageous, especially familiarity with quality and regulatory compliance.
