Role Overview
We are looking for a Group Business Operations Manager to partner closely with the CEO in advancing the organisation’s growth by enhancing leadership capabilities, structuring the company efficiently, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with deploying the Group's strategic plans and priorities.
- Promote operational excellence across all group companies and oversee performance monitoring to meet defined targets.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, streamline processes, and enforce governance standards.
- Lead organisational design, identifying skill gaps, and recommend structural improvements aligned with growth ambitions.
- Take charge of recruiting leadership roles by creating role profiles, setting salary benchmarks, and guiding the selection process.
- Manage strategic projects that include business expansion, technology adoption, service launches, and cross-company collaboration, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Support department heads in meeting their objectives and foster accountability and cooperation within the organization.
- Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on business case development, strategic analysis, and execution coordination across functions.
Candidacy Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in business operations, organizational development, or business transformation within a growing SME or founder-led environment.
- A solid track record in team building, leadership development, and project management.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
