Role Summary

The position of Vice-President of Operations for Asia is a part-time remote leadership role charged with managing and enhancing operations across the Asian markets. Key duties include designing and implementing operational workflows, ensuring these operations meet company benchmarks, and monitoring performance metrics throughout Asian territories. The role requires active coordination with both regional and global teams, resolving customer service issues, and maintaining risk and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting profit and loss oversight, leading strategic operational planning, and steering project teams on critical regional initiatives. The position aims to enable sustainable growth by identifying and driving operational efficiencies and strategic project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in managing operations and projects across regional or multi-country contexts.
• Strong skills in P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance.
• Experience in customer service leadership with a track record of handling escalations and optimizing service delivery.
• Demonstrated competence in strategic planning and operational priority setting, with the ability to execute cross-functional projects.
• Substantial leadership experience within financial services, fintech, or digital asset industries is advantageous.
• Effective collaborator in remote, culturally diverse teams with stakeholders spanning multiple time zones.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, communication skills, and decision-making supported by data-driven insights.
• Advanced educational qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent, or considerable senior operations experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Asian market regulatory frameworks and compliance navigation is beneficial.
