Role Overview

As a Senior Vice President of Operations, you will remotely lead and enhance Base Capital's operational infrastructure. • Senior leadership experience in financial services or similar sectors, managing multi-location or remote teams.
• Analytical mindset with decision-making based on data and KPIs.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related disciplines; advanced degree preferred.
• Background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and tech-enabled operations is advantageous.
