- Provide robust data infrastructures to enable AI projects, automation, contract intelligence, and operational improvements.

- Hands-on expertise with modern data technologies such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark, SQL, and Python.
- Proven track record in developing and managing production-level lakehouse or enterprise data platforms, ideally cloud-based.
- Experience establishing enterprise-wide data governance, quality assurance, and scalable data management strategies.
- Familiarity with dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and BI tools like Power BI.
- Capability in managing vendors and external delivery teams to achieve project goals within timelines.
- Knowledge of business data domains including billing, contracts, customer operations, or order-to-cash is advantageous.
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML data preparation, document extraction, and automation projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop teams, prioritize effectively, and ensure accountability.
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment with occasional travel requirements.
