Key Accountabilities
- Lead and continuously improve the comprehensive Talent and People strategy to ensure the organization has appropriate structures, processes, and capabilities for sustained expansion.
- Oversee company-wide talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment operations focusing on enhancing hiring quality, speed, and predictability.
- Manage the recruiting team by designing scalable hiring procedures supporting multiple functions and geographic regions.
- Directly support executive and leadership recruitment by refining interview methods, candidate experience, and assessment standards.
- Develop and maintain scalable people operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support services.
- Enhance overall employee experience throughout their lifecycle, clarifying roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, team structuring, and operational improvements.
- Implement performance management, feedback systems, career growth initiatives, and employee retention programs to foster engagement.
- Use people metrics and insights to monitor organizational health and proactively identify talent risks.
- Serve as a strategic adviser to executives by delivering practical solutions and building infrastructure necessary for long-term success.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 to 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Human Resources, or similar leadership roles.
- Track record of supporting organizations with over 100 employees, preferably in high-growth startups, agencies, tech firms, or scaling companies.
- Proven ability to lead recruiting teams and manage all aspects of hiring processes.
- Deep understanding of people operations in remote-first or globally distributed organizational setups.
- Experienced in building recruiting systems, onboarding programs, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders, executives, or senior leadership on strategic people-related decisions.
- Strong organizational judgment and decision-making, with the agility to navigate limited information and shifting priorities.
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset, focusing on execution and continuous enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills able to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Capable of thriving in dynamic environments prioritizing the creation of new systems and procedures.

- A competitive total annual remuneration package ranging between 40000 and 90000 USD, comprising base salary, performance bonuses, and equity options.
