Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to develop and execute the operational framework for our global commercial team. This role is integral in aligning Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations into a unified and efficient organization. The position involves translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, establishing scalable operational rhythms, driving data-informed decision-making, and ensuring key initiatives generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CCO to devise and implement strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Convert business priorities into actionable and well-defined programs.
  • Perform market, competitive, and internal analyses to support strategic choices.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Design and oversee the commercial operating cadence, including quarterly planning, business reviews, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Create streamlined processes to enhance coordination across commercial teams.
  • Build dashboards, define KPIs, and develop executive reporting to improve oversight and accountability.
  • Lead complex, cross-departmental initiatives from inception to completion, coordinating senior stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, resolve obstacles, and maintain momentum on strategic programs.
  • Ensure high-priority projects deliver tangible business results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CCO, aiding in prioritization and focus on key opportunities.
  • Facilitate executive meetings that emphasize decision-making over status updates.
  • Provide clarity and structure to complex business challenges.
  • Create consolidated reporting to track progress on strategic objectives and highlight areas needing leadership attention.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve commercial operations and introduce best practices.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability within the commercial organization.

  • Ability to balance attention to details with a comprehensive overview.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 8 to 12+ years in Commercial Strategy, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
  • Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing senior executives.
  • Proven skills in developing commercial operating frameworks, governance systems, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, forecasting, and planning methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into quantifiable outcomes.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in credit decisioning platforms, fraud prevention, identity verification, financial crime and AML solutions, enterprise SaaS targeting financial institutions, fintech infrastructure, or financial services technology is highly desirable.
