Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Business Transformation to spearhead organization-wide transformation initiatives aimed at fostering strategic expansion, operational excellence, and organizational innovation. This senior leadership position involves designing and implementing transformation strategies, enhancing business processes, advancing digital modernization, and driving sustainable performance through effective change leadership.

The role requires working in close partnership with senior executives, business unit leaders, technology departments, finance, operations, and key stakeholders to pinpoint transformation opportunities, reshape business models, deploy enterprise projects, and achieve quantifiable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement enterprise-wide transformation strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead major transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
• Guide digital transformation efforts by leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes to increase productivity and operational performance.
• Work collaboratively with executive leadership to define transformation priorities and strategic plans.
• Manage organizational change to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational models.
• Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and scalability.
• Develop governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms for transformation initiatives.
• Track progress using KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize strategic goals with operational delivery.
• Assess emerging technologies, industry movements, and market trends to find innovation opportunities.
• Oversee business process redesign, workflow enhancements, and modernization projects.
• Support activities related to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and integration as needed.
• Enhance enterprise risk management, governance, and compliance during transformation undertakings.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize investments for transformation programs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executives, business leaders, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic reports, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Promote a culture supporting innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor transformation leaders and project teams to develop organizational capabilities.
• Ensure transformation efforts generate measurable value that supports sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, Economics, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Extensive expertise in business transformation, organizational strategy, operational excellence, and change management.
• Proficiency in digital transformation, process optimization, organizational design, and performance enhancement.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, financial planning, and strategy execution.
• Excellent commercial insight with skill in identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term business value.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Advanced analytical, strategic planning, and executive decision-making skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and influencing cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP, business intelligence, project portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Prosci ADKAR, or similar transformation and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
