Head of Operations - FinTech Derivatives Trading Start-Up

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join a rapidly growing FinTech derivatives trading start-up operating at the crossroads of fintech, energy, and commodity trading. As the sixth hire and key operational leader, you will play a crucial role in driving scalability and efficiency within the company through strategic and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that support and drive business scaling and growth objectives.
• Manage daily business operations to ensure streamlined and efficient functioning across departments.
• Establish, refine, and enhance operational processes, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain the operational infrastructure necessary to accommodate rapid expansion.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales.

Requirements

Applicants should bring extensive experience in operations management within fintech or related industries, with a proven track record in supporting fast-growing technology-based trading platforms.
