Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic Working Student to join our ERGO Group Sustainability team. This position offers a blend of routine responsibilities and project-based work, delivering hands-on experience within an international insurance setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing tasks and projects within the Sustainability team.
- Develop, design, and prepare presentation materials, mainly using PowerPoint, for diverse stakeholders.
- Perform analyses on various sustainability topics.
- Construct, manage, and enhance multiple Excel tools and databases.
- Support feasibility assessments for different sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to team activities such as organizing and following up on workshops and meetings.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Current student enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines; emphasis on Insurance, Sustainability, or Project Management is beneficial.
- Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage but not compulsory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience from internships or similar roles is beneficial.
- Available to commit approximately 20 hours weekly for a minimum of six months.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, reliability, structured work style, and strong teamwork capabilities.
