- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence senior decision-makers without formal authority.
- Comfort using modern business platforms, operational tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-based workflow solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to juggle several high-priority initiatives at once.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, plus experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Data privacy and hiring process
Applications are reviewed through an AI-supported matching process so candidates can be assessed quickly, consistently, and fairly against the role’s core needs. The system helps identify the strongest matches, and that shortlist is then passed to the hiring company. The employer’s internal team is responsible for final decisions and later stages such as interviews or assessments.
By applying, you agree that your personal information may be processed to evaluate your candidacy and shared with the hiring employer, based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps where applicable under data protection laws such as GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to your data at any time.
Artificial intelligence tools may also be used to assist parts of the recruitment workflow, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or checking responses for potential inconsistencies or verification signals.
