Job description
About the role
CallMiner is looking for a senior brand and communications leader to guide the company’s global brand presence, corporate communications approach, and influence in the market. This position will shape how the company is viewed by customers, prospects, analysts, media, employees, and the wider industry.
The right candidate will bring more than 10 years of experience in fast-growing B2B technology or SaaS companies, ideally with exposure to both agency-side and in-house roles. The role calls for strong expertise in public relations, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, brand development, and content creation, along with the ability to connect communications work to business growth goals. Success in this position requires a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, from defining direction with executives to creating messaging, managing relationships, and driving important initiatives directly.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role that works closely with product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer success, product, executive leadership, and external agencies to build awareness, strengthen market credibility, support thought leadership, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Location
Boston, MA is preferred, but the role can be done remotely.

- Keep the brand narrative consistent across all external channels and audience touchpoints.

- Guide how the brand evolves and is applied across both internal and external efforts.
- Work with creative partners and outside vendors to deliver cohesive, memorable brand experiences.
Public relations and corporate communications
- Own the company’s public relations strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Coordinate and evaluate the performance of external PR agency partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories about the company, customers, products, and industry that are worth amplifying.
- Oversee press releases, company announcements, executive messaging, blogs, and outward-facing communications.
- Lead executive thought leadership efforts, including bylined articles, blog content, social media presence, and interviews.
- Direct the strategy for corporate and product award submissions.
- Shape the social media direction so it supports broader brand and communications goals.
Analyst relations
- Work with Product Marketing and Product teams to build and carry out the analyst relations plan.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, DMG, and similar organizations.
- Organize analyst briefings, respond to inquiries, and support participation in major industry reports and evaluations.
- Track analyst research, market shifts, and competitive positioning to uncover visibility and influence opportunities.
Content and thought leadership
- Lead the editorial direction and content roadmap so it supports business goals and go-to-market initiatives.
- Oversee high-value thought leadership and educational content, with support from an external freelancer, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and executive-level content.
- Partner with internal experts and outside contributors to produce compelling material that builds awareness and supports pipeline generation.
- Make sure themes and messaging stay aligned across all marketing channels and programs.
- Work with demand generation and field marketing to support integrated campaigns and sponsored content efforts.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or a related discipline within B2B technology or SaaS companies.
- Background in both agency and in-house settings is highly desirable.
- Track record of leading integrated brand and communications programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong experience in media relations and analyst relations.
- Excellent ability to write, edit, tell stories, and communicate with executives.
- Experience leading agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to think strategically while still handling day-to-day execution.
- Good understanding of enterprise technology markets and go-to-market teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a similar field preferred.
