Role Overview
CallMiner is seeking a results-oriented new business sales executive to accelerate adoption of its Omni Agent solution across an established customer portfolio. This position is suited to someone who enjoys creating relationships, developing opportunities, and winning automation-focused deals in a fast-changing AI-driven customer experience market.
In this role, you will identify, engage, and work with current customers to show how the Omni Agent platform can streamline workflows and improve customer experience through advanced artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out a sales strategy for existing customers across several industries.
- Create and manage a healthy pipeline through consultative, value-led selling, marketing efforts, and relationships with senior decision makers.
- Present Omni Agent as a distinct AI-powered offering by clearly explaining its business impact and return on investment.
- Manage the complete automation sales process, from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and final closure.
- Keep up with market changes, competitor activity, and new developments in the AI agent automation space.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to build tailored demos, proposals, and customer-specific value stories.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Maintain dependable forecasting, pipeline organization, and CRM accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of the AI agent landscape, including major competitors, market trends, and buyer needs and buying processes.
- Proven consultative selling ability with skill in identifying pain points, building strong business cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-driven and motivated to build new business rather than simply manage existing activity.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, innovative environment that calls for independence and initiative.
