Overview

Role Summary
As a Senior C++ Engineer, you will help design and build high-performance infrastructure used by portfolio managers and quantitative researchers in fast-moving markets. Your work will span order entry, market data processing, simulation tools, and strategy frameworks, supporting both trading and research use cases. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and quantitative specialists while owning important components and helping shape the platform’s future.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve ultra-low-latency systems for order execution and market data workflows.
- Develop tools and platform components such as exchange simulators, feature extraction pipelines, and strategy containers.
- Continuously tune performance across the stack, including hardware, operating system, networking, and application layers.
- Work with quantitative researchers to turn ideas into production-ready systems.
- Investigate issues and support live trading services in a highly available environment.
- Take part in architecture discussions and promote strong engineering standards.
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to building out the regional team.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate brings substantial experience building C++ systems where latency and throughput matter. You should be comfortable working close to the OS and hardware, and understand how to optimize performance in production environments.
