Role overview
An established organisation is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to own performance-led marketing efforts and support measurable business expansion. The role is centred on data-based decision making, lead generation, and improving campaign outcomes across a range of digital channels.
What you will do
- Build and run integrated digital marketing plans designed to meet lead generation goals.
- Oversee digital campaigns from end to end across Google Ads, paid social, SEO, AEO and GEO.
- Improve landing pages, websites, email campaigns and marketing automation programmes to raise conversion rates.
- Track and interpret campaign results using HubSpot, Power BI and other analytics tools, then use the insights to refine performance.
- Work in close coordination with internal marketing colleagues to deliver campaigns aligned with business priorities.
- Assess and enhance GenAI-powered marketing tools so they contribute more effectively to campaign success.
- Handle digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on investment.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Review competitor activity and monitor new trends in digital marketing to keep strategies current.
- Guide and support the Digital Marketing team so work is delivered on time and at the expected quality level.
- Assist with marketing events and conferences whenever needed.
What you should bring
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a closely related field.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO and Meta Ads.
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation systems, especially HubSpot.
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and several campaigns at the same time.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
- Previous leadership or people management experience is a strong advantage.
