Role overview
A leading entertainment and consumer lifestyle group in Singapore is seeking a senior executive to take charge of a well-established, multi-site business as it enters a new growth and transformation phase. This is a confidential appointment for a high-profile leader who can shape strategy, strengthen performance, and elevate customer experience in a brand-led, guest-facing environment.
The business operates in the entertainment space and is known for creating engaging, customer-focused experiences with a strong market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Define the organisation’s strategic direction and lead its growth and transformation programmes.
- Own complete profit-and-loss performance, with accountability for profitable and sustainable revenue expansion.
- Direct day-to-day operations across multiple venues and business functions.
- Spot and develop new commercial partnerships, opportunities, and income channels.
- Improve brand strength while raising customer engagement and overall experience.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a strong senior leadership group.
- Work closely with the Board and other key stakeholders on governance and long-term planning.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership position such as Business Development leader, Managing Director, COO, Country Head, or a similar executive role.
- Prior experience in F&B is preferred.
- Strong commercial judgement with a clear record of delivering growth and organisational change.
- Experience overseeing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
- A strategic, adaptable approach with the ability to respond to changing consumer behaviour and disruption in the sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at Board level.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin or Cantonese to work with Chinese stakeholders.
