We represent a partner company searching for a Senior Business Transformation Consultant specializing in AI Strategy, Growth, and Innovation based in Ireland. This role involves advising organizations on enhancing strategies, operations, and customer experiences by leveraging business transformation and emerging technologies.

Role Summary

You will collaborate directly with executive leaders to pinpoint opportunities, craft viable solutions, and steer organizations through significant change initiatives. Combining strategic consulting expertise with AI innovation and operational knowledge, you will convert complex challenges into actionable transformation plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct executive-level interviews, discovery workshops, and organizational assessments to identify challenges and transformation opportunities.
Evaluate operating models, organizational structure, workflows, systems, customer journeys, and metrics to uncover areas for improvement.
Detect business risks, inefficiencies, technological voids, and innovation/growth chances.
Formulate strategic advice, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Guide organizations in ethical and practical uses of AI, automation, data analytics, and new technologies.
Design governance mechanisms, decision-making frameworks, roles, KPIs, reporting standards, and operational protocols.
Facilitate organizational change via stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and adoption tactics.
Advise on growth strategies, market positioning, service innovation, commercialization, and customer experience enhancement.
Develop innovation concepts, service models, playbooks, and technology-based business solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic consultant in client engagements.
Evaluate implementation needs, delivery risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and anticipated value.
Assist in transitioning approved plans into execution phases.
Participate in business development activities as relevant, while prioritizing consulting duties.

Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, innovation, technology, operations, marketing, or customer experience.
Proven capability to advise C-level executives and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Skilled in organizational assessment covering operating models, workflows, processes, and management practices.
Strong knowledge of AI, automation, digital ecosystems, data, and technology-enabled transformation.
Proficiency in creating business cases, strategic recommendations, roadmaps, governance, and performance measurement systems.
Commercial acumen with expertise in evaluating strategic options, feasibility, risks, and business impact.
Exceptional communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management competencies.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects autonomously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in commercializing tech-enabled services or new business concept development is advantageous.
Background in customer experience strategy, service design, innovation, creative technology, or interactive systems is desirable.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow platforms is a plus.
Experience supporting AI adoption, organizational change, training, or stakeholder enablement considered beneficial.
Previous roles in enterprise consulting, professional services, agencies, SaaS, or multi-client environments are strongly preferred.
