About the Role
Join the Strategic Human Resource Division of SingHealth, specifically the Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) team. This position is integral in recruiting healthcare professionals who will contribute to shaping Singapore's healthcare future.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Cluster Domain Chiefs and HR teams from various institutions to develop and implement innovative staffing strategies aimed at sustaining a robust pipeline of nurses, pharmacists, and allied health personnel within SingHealth.
- Design and execute promotion and publicity initiatives to attract healthcare candidates.
- Manage the pre-service sponsorship framework and oversee applicant shortlisting processes.
- Support centralised cluster interview procedures and organise career talks and engagement activities at higher education institutions both locally and overseas.
- Coordinate end-to-end overseas recruitment efforts and administer candidate databases across the cluster.
- Maintain and advance SingHealth's digital recruitment footprint by creating materials such as e-brochures and social media content.
- Prepare frequent hiring analytics reports for senior leadership and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Lead efficiency enhancement measures, including exploring artificial intelligence and robotic process automation applications.
Candidate Requirements
- A recognised bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources is preferred; however, fresh graduates will be considered for the Senior Executive role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities essential for cultivating and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Highly independent, resourceful, adaptable, and capable of handling several priorities efficiently under strict deadlines.
