Role Overview

Join Delivery Hero’s International Markets team based in Berlin as a Senior Analyst within the In-house Consulting group. In this role, you will influence strategic decisions for over 70 markets, working closely with management to enhance profitability, unlock growth, and drive key initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global management at corporate headquarters to shape and execute international strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders across various levels and regions to improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in cooperation with market and functional teams to set financial and profitability goals.
• Promote and apply best practices across Delivery Hero’s worldwide operations.
• Analyze data and deliver insightful recommendations to executive decision-makers.
• Regularly update senior leadership on business performance, initiatives, and strategic progress.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting and/or fast-paced technology or e-commerce sectors, with 1-2 years at a top management consulting firm.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Advanced analytical expertise, including financial and business scenario modeling, combined with practical judgment for informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects at a global level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing C-level executives in English.
• Familiarity with data querying languages such as SQL or BigQuery is advantageous.
