Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to strengthen our Enterprise Technology Services team by steering strategic and technical AI initiatives. This position will oversee the deployment of AI solutions designed to automate and optimize functions in People & Culture, Legal, and other departments. The successful candidate will expertly handle ambiguity, shifting between broad strategy and detailed technical execution while focusing on identifying manual workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable automation with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the strategic roadmap for internal AI and automation products, closely aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze extensive organizational problems, uncover root causes, assess interdependencies, and discover automation opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, including projects like large-scale AI agents, Slack-integrated agents, enterprise searches, and n8n workflow automations.
• Define and monitor key success indicators such as financial savings, time reduction, ticket deflection, and adoption rates of AI tools.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, and senior leadership to track dependencies and reduce risks.
• Prepare structured updates, communications, and decision-making support for executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing technical programs, product portfolios, or strategic operations at scale within large enterprises.
• Strong advocacy and practical expertise in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini), including prototyping and automating agentic AI solutions focused on business outcomes.
• Skilled in integrating enterprise platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Atlassian, and n8n.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities without formal authority; adept at asking insightful and challenging questions tactfully.
• Proven ability to define product KPIs (e.g., SLA compliance, user satisfaction, fiscal impact) and convert unclear challenges into well-prioritized engineering backlogs.
• Systems thinking aptitude to synthesize complex information, manage ambiguous technical dependencies, and navigate undocumented processes.
