Overview
We are recruiting Senior Analysts for HRIS functions for a leading global manufacturing client based in Chennai. These are permanent positions requiring onsite presence five days a week.
Available Positions
- HRIS Org Management Senior Analyst: Candidates should hold a graduate degree and possess experience in HRIS or HR operations, particularly with hands-on knowledge of Employee Central organization and position management.
- HRIS Employee Central Admin Senior Analyst: Applicants must have practical experience in managing SuccessFactors Employee Central within production and support settings.
- HRIS Reporting & Analytics Senior Analyst: This role demands expertise in HR reporting and analytics, including hands-on delivery using SuccessFactors and Power BI.
