Role Overview and Responsibilities
This position requires active engagement in both strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources. Key responsibilities encompass recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, fostering employee engagement and providing ongoing support, facilitating learning and development initiatives, overseeing performance management, conducting people analytics, and contributing to culture development.
The role expects hands-on operational participation to deepen understanding of service delivery processes, promote collaboration, and align with global business goals. Opportunities for leadership growth will be afforded based on individual performance and contributions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly capable and intellectually inquisitive HR professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, eager to add value and work cohesively within a growing team.
Qualifications include an MBA in HR from a reputed university in India or abroad, with prior experience covering a wide range of HR functions within corporates, legal services, or similar professional services environments.
