About the Role
Join JFrog as a Senior Account Manager for the Australia-New Zealand region, based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how top-tier companies develop and protect their software by delivering JFrog's leading DevSecOps and AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of JFrog’s platform to major enterprises across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on sectors such as BFSI, e-commerce, and IT/ITES.
- Expand current accounts through strengthening connections, uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and increasing overall revenue within various industries.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to design DevOps strategies and engage with CISOs on security objectives.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to support sales initiatives.
- Work alongside support and consulting teams to ensure product adoption and customer success.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Proven success in sales within Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Over five years of enterprise software and solution sales experience, engaging with stakeholders from users to senior executives across different departments.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and key performance indicators is preferred.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-velocity team environment, showing adaptability, dependability, and proactive behavior.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences including technical teams and C-level executives.
- Customer-focused mindset with a competitive and motivated demeanor.
- Experienced relationship-builder and problem-solver who can work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related technical disciplines; MBA is advantageous.
- Solid technological understanding, especially regarding DevOps and security concepts, to effectively engage technical stakeholders.
