Capgemini is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to work on client delivery engagements across Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, and Gandhinagar. The position focuses on end-to-end implementation, configuration, support, and integration work within the Employee Central domain.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves leading and supporting SAP SF Employee Central projects from planning through go-live. The consultant is expected to work closely with clients, contribute functional expertise, and handle configuration and delivery activities across core Employee Central processes.

• Hold SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Contribute to at least two end-to-end Employee Central implementations, covering planning, configuration, testing, cutover, and production launch.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and cutover plans.
• Configure and maintain MDF objects, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, role-based permissions, instance synchronization, release management, and translations.
• Apply functional knowledge to support client relationships within the scope of the role.
• Bring relevant consulting or industry experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Work with Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Benefits features.
• Understand how Employee Central connects with other SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Use the Solution Design Configuration Workbook effectively for system setup and configuration.
