Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Lead to drive warehouse management solution design, configuration, and support for logistics operations. This role involves working closely with business teams to understand warehouse process needs, shaping those requirements into functional deliverables, and ensuring the solution integrates well with related SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate fit-gap discussions with stakeholders and convert complex logistics needs into clear functional specifications.
• Set up essential SAP EWM processes, including receiving, dispatch, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, and physical stock counts.
• Ensure smooth integration of EWM with connected SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, and TM.
• Plan and perform quality checks through unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare detailed reference materials and deliver training to warehouse users and key super-users.
• Handle second- and third-line production support, resolve defects, and implement solutions for change requests.
