Role Overview

This position is for an SAP finance professional with strong experience across FICO and related treasury and finance transformation areas. The role involves leading S/4HANA initiatives, driving end-to-end implementations, and working on complex support and change engagements for finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA programs across implementation, rollout, and system conversion workstreams.
• Set up and support SAP FI and CO modules while ensuring smooth integration with connected business functions.
• Own month-end and year-end closing tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze existing finance processes and redesign them to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Handle SAP work related to GST, asset accounting, banking integrations, and CO-PA.
• Deliver complete SAP implementation and rollout assignments, along with challenging production support activities.
• Gather requirements, prepare solution designs, create functional documents, execute testing, and conduct end-user training.
• Partner with ABAP and other technical teams to support developments and enhancements.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts and broader finance transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Work with offshore delivery teams to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience as an SAP FICO / FTM lead or architect.
• Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong client-facing background.
• Experience with blueprinting and Greenfield implementation approaches.
• Exposure to Gen AI or AI-driven solutions in the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Practical experience in client-led delivery and engagement management.
