Joining us as an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist, you will be an integral part of a worldwide, cooperative team dedicated to pioneering supply chain innovations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project stages including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, conducting tests, deploying, and providing post-implementation support.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to facilitate client adoption of SAP EWM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from supply chain, IT, production, and finance departments to ensure comprehensive integration.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives by preparing proposals and delivering client presentations.
- Mentor junior team members and aid overall team development.
- Serve as a trusted consultant by analyzing clients' warehouse and logistics operations, crafting custom SAP EWM strategies.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with clients’ business goals.
Required Expertise and Skills
- Proven extensive experience in SAP EWM consulting, with successful implementation delivery in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, slotting, labor management, and automation.
- Possession of SAP EWM certification is preferred; additional certifications like SAP TM, SAP WM, or SAP S/4HANA Logistics are highly beneficial.
- Strong client relationship skills, blending technical proficiency with business insight to align stakeholders and achieve project success.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive starting salary of €55,000, subject to adjustment based on experience and expertise.
