Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) within our Workforce Payroll Solutions division. You will have a key responsibility in delivering effective implementation projects tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimized results using the UKG Pro WFM module.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and configuration of UKG Pro WFM solutions aligned with client goals and expectations.
• Lead client workshop sessions to analyze complex needs, offer functional advice, and configure the software accordingly.
• Keep certifications current and stay informed on the latest UKG product updates to provide expert guidance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices focusing on functionality optimization, user experience, and integration complexity.
• Work collaboratively with the workforce management consulting team to deliver timely project-based advice and support for UKG (Kronos) software implementations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in consulting or direct involvement with UKG Pro Workforce Management projects.
• Deep understanding of one or more core UKG Pro WFM areas, such as time & attendance, optimized rostering, forecasting, or activity management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with effective problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Highly organized, with effective time management and attention to detail to ensure deliverable quality.
