Aditya Birla Capital is running its Sales Leadership Program to prepare future sales leaders through a fast-track development journey. The program is aimed at post-graduate candidates from colleges across India and is built to help them grow careers across the sales functions of the company’s various business lines.
This hiring is for sales trainees across multiple sales and distribution channels within Aditya Birla Capital.

Candidate profile
The preferred qualification is an MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.
Experience required: 0 to 3 years.
Role summary
The selected candidate will work as a Sales Trainee and will be responsible for driving financial product sales, meeting target goals, supporting customers before and after the sale, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners, and helping with manpower planning, team coordination, and capability building.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell financial products to meet the assigned sales objectives.
- Use effective marketing approaches to improve product sales.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales assistance to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and channel partners while aligning with their expectations.
- Support manpower planning, team management, and ongoing team development.
Compensation
The compensation is INR 9,00,000 per year.
From year 2 onward, the role moves to the sales incentives plan of the relevant line of business.
