Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales division expansion. This role entails crafting strategic sales plans and supervising efforts to grow business volumes across Retail outlets, the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) sector, and School Canteens.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and establish achievable sales targets.
- Oversee sales team performance and track the sales of individual SKUs.
- Manage and grow distribution networks within Retail, HoReCa, and School Canteens channels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in FMCG sales within Qatar.
- Well-established professional relationships with Key Accounts and the HoReCa industry.
- Possession of a valid Qatari Driving License is required.
