Role Overview
The Vice President of Sales at First Onsite plays a pivotal leadership role, driving the company's sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets. This role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion while fostering a culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service by prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Accelerate revenue growth by securing new clients, expanding current account relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain influential connections within the industry, community partnerships, and with new prospects.
- Work closely with National and Regional Sales, Operations, and RFP teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing sales opportunities and monitoring performance metrics.
- Engage actively in collections, recruitment, hiring processes, and ongoing team development while pursuing personal advancement.
- Be prepared to travel between 20% and 50%, sometimes involving extended stays at disaster response sites.
- Hold a valid driver's license as a prerequisite for travel requirements.
Experience and Educational Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue objectives through analytical and trust-driven sales techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred to effectively manage sales operations.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Certain healthcare-related roles may require participation in additional drug and alcohol screening programs in line with client or regulatory requirements such as those mandated by the Coalition for Construction Safety in Indiana.
