What you will do
- Drive and complete strategic operations initiatives that strengthen scalability, efficiency, and day-to-day execution across the Wolt for Work business.
- Take ownership of recurring operational workflows, including the monthly commission payout process.
- Set up and maintain the systems and tools needed to support growth, such as Apollo and Salesforce.
- Track and improve the sales pipeline so customer flow stays healthy and lead generation improves in both volume and quality.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing to make sure sales processes and reporting systems are aligned with data.
- Increase visibility into sales activity by improving CRM usage and the reporting stack.
- Develop and update documentation, playbooks, and training materials that help the team work more effectively.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and manage sales resources, including product updates, sales collateral, training content, and customer onboarding materials.
What the role requires
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or another analytical business function.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Pipedrive, including dashboards, reports, data handling, and basic administration.
- Very strong focus on detail and a clear commitment to accurate data.
- Analytical thinking and confidence working with tools such as Excel, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with the confidence to own work independently and take initiative.
- Exposure to go-to-market tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to organize your workload independently and move tasks forward without close supervision.
