Role overview

Wolt is hiring a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead paid demand generation efforts across several countries and one or more B2B product lines. This is a high-ownership role with significant influence on business growth. You will design and run full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns from the ground up, while also creating scalable playbooks and processes. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams across EMEA.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for both execution and strategy, managing campaigns directly while continuously improving performance, testing new approaches, and building durable systems.

  • Take full ownership of paid demand generation campaigns across multiple countries and B2B products, handling substantial budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic, and additional channels.
  • Create end-to-end B2B funnel campaigns, from ad creative and landing pages to signup journeys, lead qualification, and account activation.
  • Launch and evaluate new localized ideas, including fresh messaging, channels, and tools, then convert successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.
  • Use automation and AI-supported workflows to streamline campaign operations and cut down manual work.
  • Support go-to-market launches for new products and features through demand generation campaigns.
  • Own tracking, measurement, and reporting, including defining success metrics and making performance visible.
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Product, and global commercial teams to ensure campaign work drives measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Background in B2B marketing within a technology company; familiarity with the food or retail sectors is a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing high-budget B2B paid campaigns exceeding €1M per year across multiple channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and programmatic, as well as across several countries, products, or clients.
  • Proven ability to plan media spend using both business-level and campaign-level KPIs, optimize budgets across channels, and handle in-house media buying.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, monitor performance, and turn data into clear decisions.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, or equivalent experience in data analytics.
  • Strong experimentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to form hypotheses, design statistically sound tests, and scale what proves effective.
  • Genuine interest in AI and automation, backed by practical examples of how you use them to improve your work.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to build trust across Sales and other teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM, intent-based tools, outbound tools such as Clay, Cognism, or ZoomInfo, as well as industry media buying, content syndication, paid PR, or retail media.
  • Based in Helsinki or open to spending part of your time at the Helsinki HQ; Berlin is also acceptable.
