Role overview
Wolt is looking for an English-speaking Support Associate to help customers, couriers, and merchants receive timely and high-quality support. The role focuses on creating a smooth experience for users while handling a variety of support cases across different markets and workflows.
What you will do
- Respond to customer, courier, and merchant questions through chat, phone, and email.
- Manage escalations, operational problems, and urgent cases in a prompt and professional way.
- Provide support across several Wolt markets, countries, user groups, and ticket types based on business demand.
- Deliver a strong customer experience by showing empathy, communicating clearly, and using Wolt’s tone of voice.
- Work according to internal procedures, company rules, refund rules, playbooks, escalation routes, and operating guidelines.
- Use several systems at once, including support tools, messaging channels, knowledge resources, and operational platforms.
- Keep yourself informed about process updates, market changes, training content, and internal announcements.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is patient, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused when work becomes complex or busy. You should be comfortable making quick decisions, managing stress, and juggling several interactions at the same time. A strong interest in customer experience and adaptability to new systems are important.
Working schedule and setup
This is a fully remote position, but work must be performed from Serbia only. Customer Support runs every day of the year, around the clock, so shifts may include mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. Candidates must also be available to take part fully in the training and onboarding period.
Training and onboarding
Onboarding begins on an e-learning platform, followed by close guidance from a trainer during the first week. The full training period lasts 2 to 3 weeks, and support is provided throughout the shifts during this time. After onboarding, the Team Lead continues to support development and acts as a mentor.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly starting pay of 52,500 RSD gross.
- Additional pay for weekend work at 50%, holiday work at 110%, and night hours from 22:00 to 06:00 at 26%.
