Job description
About the company
Wolt is a technology company focused on creating convenient, rewarding experiences for customers and partners in cities around the world. What started with restaurant food delivery has grown into a broader delivery platform operating across more than 30 countries and serving over 50 million consumers, with a global team of more than 14,000 people. The company works closely with DoorDash and continues to expand internationally.
Within Wolt, the role sits in Wolt Market, the grocery arm of the business that delivers products quickly and aims to offer a high standard of customer experience across 21 countries.
This position is designed for someone who enjoys complex, multi-country supply chain environments and wants to use data to improve product availability, vendor performance, and inventory efficiency at scale.
Role overview
The Global Supply Chain Analyst will be the central analytics partner for the global Supply Chain function. The role connects Regional leads, the Analytics team, and the wider SCM organisation to convert raw data into useful insight, highlight risks early, and support process and system improvements that shape how Wolt Market Supply Chain operates globally.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the analytics plan for the Global Supply Chain team and translate business priorities into reports, dashboards, and data products used across 22 countries.
- Work as the main bridge between Supply Chain and Analytics Engineering so the right data is modelled, easy to access, and dependable for regional and local teams.
- Create and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting structures that give the global SCM community a timely and clear view of performance.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify availability risks, vendor performance patterns, and operational gaps before they become larger issues.
- Act as the main data contact for the Supply Chain community by handling metric questions, data definitions, and analytical requests from regional and local stakeholders.
- Help regional and local Supply Chain teams understand the numbers and turn insights into practical improvements that increase product availability.
- Build strong knowledge of Wolt Market’s end-to-end data architecture and ensure supply chain data is accurate, documented, and consistently applied across the organisation.
What the company is looking for
- 3 to 4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data visualisation, with proven ability to turn complex information into practical insights.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, along with strong SQL skills for working with large datasets.
- Interest in AI tools and practical knowledge of using them to speed up analysis, automate repetitive reporting, or generate quicker insights from data.
- A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify important questions independently, and take responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of outputs.
- Exposure to e-commerce or quick commerce is beneficial, though the key requirement is the ability to learn a complex business area quickly and become the trusted data expert.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across different markets.
- A collaborative working style and the confidence to work closely with engineering and analytics partners to influence data infrastructure rather than only consume it.

The company is hiring on an ongoing basis and encourages interested candidates to submit a CV and start the conversation.
