Sales Officer - Mortgage/Homeloan

About the Role

This position is for a sales officer role focused on mortgage and home loan business in Chandigarh. The job is on-roll and open to freshers as well as candidates with some sales experience. You will work across assigned areas to build business through sourcing, relationship management, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Map lanes, localities, and geographies at regular intervals with the support of the supervisor.
• Identify new business sources in the assigned territory and share updates with the reporting manager during team meetings.
• Build and maintain working relationships with all allocated and newly identified sources in the area.
• Keep sales records and activity reports updated in the required format.
• Maintain a daily diary of activities in the prescribed format.
• Spot the need for appointing channel partners and support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in daily team huddles as per the defined process.
• Improve customer experience by developing strong, ongoing customer relationships.
• Ensure applications are complete with all required forms, documents, and information before submission.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be graduates from any stream.
• Sales experience of around 6 months to 1 year is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
• This role involves frequent travel within the city, so willingness to travel extensively is required.
