About the Role
We are urgently seeking Sales Officers specializing in Home Loans for a reputed private sector bank. This role involves direct client interaction at our Guwahati office, with immediate joining and face-to-face interviews scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Candidates should adhere to formal dress code during attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source home loan business opportunities via open market, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Identify and approach new customers to generate quality home loan leads.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application procedure, ensuring smooth processing.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals and targets.
- Ensure all KYC and documentation requirements are thoroughly completed.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree holder.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Real Estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Field sales experience is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly compensation between INR 22,000 and 26,000 depending on experience and interview outcome.
