Role Overview
This position is focused on acquiring and growing Current Account and Savings Account business, especially quality CASA relationships. The role also includes driving higher-value CASA variants and contributing to revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
Key Objectives
The job centers on building a strong base of new-to-bank CASA accounts, increasing account value, and supporting wider revenue generation through related banking products. Maintaining customer trust, compliance, and operational discipline is a core part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Acquire quality Current Account and Savings Account relationships, including qualified and activated new-to-bank CASA accounts.
- Drive acquisition of higher CASA variants and ensure the accounts sourced are properly qualified and activated.
- Improve CASA value by building account balances, including CASA AMB generated in accounts sourced during the month.
- Support revenue growth by cross-selling life insurance, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and asset products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow YES Personality guidelines consistently.
- Remain fully compliant with KYC norms and all operational risk requirements.
- Adhere to bank policies and internal processes.
- Escalate issues affecting business in a timely manner and work toward suitable resolution.
- Protect the safety and security of the bank’s and customers’ assets.
- Submit MIS reports within the required timelines.
- Follow the expected dress code of business formals.
